Wash once a week (Sundays Only):
•Everyday Shea Moisturizing Shampoo (sulfate free) in Vanilla Mint or cowash with: •Aussie Moist Conditioner Deep Condition (Sundays Only): •Avocado/coconut milk/honey/olive oil mixture (for protein) or •Any conditioner/honey/olive oil/castor oil, (for moisture) Sit under a hooded dryer for 30 mins to 1 hour, rinse. Leave Ins: •Water • Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie |
